Our client based in Diep River, Cape Town – they are looking for a Factory Manager to join their Aluminium and Stainless Manufacturing Company.

• Must be high knowledge and experience in the jobs listed above and attached.

• Must be able to quote and invoice on steel materials, knowledge of all types of steel

• Customer service orientated, sales and completion of jobs

Duties

Managerial

Oversees daily operations, leads and manages staff, ensures targets and deadlines are met, and acts as the key point of contact between teams and senior leadership.

CNC Operator – Familiar with Drawings

Sets up, operates, and monitors CNC machines to cut or shape materials to precise specifications. Able to read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate and consistent production output.

Steel Fabricator

Cuts, shapes, and assembles steel components according to drawings and specifications, using welding and fabrication techniques to produce finished structures or parts.

Bending Brake Operator

Operates press brake and bending machinery to form sheet metal and steel profiles to specified angles and dimensions, working from drawings to achieve accurate and consistent bends.

Boilermaker – Building Steel Without Jigs

Fabricates and assembles steel structures freehand, without the aid of jigs or fixtures, relying on skill, experience, and precision measurement to ensure accurate alignment and fit-up
